1.36 Asset, prep, XP changes


Playtest results continue to improve the experience for all punks!

Prep scene changed: Established in the middle of the action, not in advance. Always comes with an in-fiction boon (something the punks planned all along), and an unexpected complication (something they didn't account for).

Clarified what edge does in a static roll: if the opponent would gain 3+ edge, instead increase the target number by +1.

Assets level & use terminology cleared up. Assets now have a level, a refresh, and current available uses.

Skill roll procedure cleared up (I hope!). 


XP change: XP is now gained from failed skill rolls, in addition to one point at end of session. XP can be spent to add +1 to any skill roll result.

Added clarifications about initiative (there is none), combat (no special rules), and skills (they don't account nearly everything you might do in the game).

Added art.
