Rules have been streamlined and expanded to treat all resource pool type things as "assets" — stuff you can use to boost your rolls whenever, and that refresh between scenes (or sessions, or adventures). This covers skills, gear, cyberware, resources, and your scene reputation.
This is meant to make it possible to win through superior firepower, and to make it easier for players to compare what options they have.
Changelist:
- Assets defined & streamlined. They work the same across the board
- Changing some dice bonuses to static bonuses
- Concentrating fire got a bespoke rule that came up when testing
- XP got the added option of increasing the uses of any asset
