Mrs. Wong's Better Than Real Pork Chops - Cyberpunk RPG scenario

I've had this cyberpunk scenario in my head ever since the first news of a new edition of Cyberpunk 2.0.2.0 coming out. This isn't about that game, more perhaps my counter reaction to the games we used to play as kids. 

This is about punks: low lives with not a ton of ambition, but a plate full of trouble, all of it self inflicted.

I have written a simple cyberpunk RPG for use with this: Systems For Punks, available in this library. But this should work with any RPG system you like to use with your cyberpunks. Probably works without a system, too!
